Ardio Zemog

Ardio Zemog is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the intersection of memory, identity, and the urban landscape. Born in 1987 in Guatemala City, Zemog grew up surrounded by vibrant street cultures and the shifting dynamics of post-civil war Central America, themes that echo throughout his paintings, installations, and digital media projects. After relocating to Mexico City in his early twenties, he became deeply involved in the region's contemporary art scene, drawing inspiration from both traditional Latin American motifs and the latest developments in global pop art.

Zemog’s visually arresting compositions often combine found objects, bold color palettes, and surrealist imagery, inviting viewers to reconsider the narratives embedded in everyday environments.
