Born in Warsaw, Poland, DJ Dobrel began his journey into electronic music during his teenage years, experimenting with turntables and music software at local house parties. His early influences stemmed from European techno and house scenes, infused with elements of disco and funk from his parents’ vintage record collection. By the age of 20, he was performing at underground venues in Poland and Germany, quickly building a reputation for his high-energy sets and seamless blending of genres.

DJ Dobrel’s breakthrough came after winning a regional DJ competition in 2015, propelling him onto the festival circuit across Eastern and Central Europe. His eclectic style incorporates deep basslines, catchy melodic hooks, and unexpected samples, earning him bookings at events such as Audioriver Festival, Open’er Festival, and Berlin’s iconic Watergate club. In 2018, he released his debut EP “Night Waves,” garnishing positive attention from both fans and critics for its dynamic range and inventive production.

Outside the booth, DJ Dobrel is also a skilled producer and remixer, collaborating with both up-and-coming and established artists throughout Europe. His tracks have been featured on global playlists and supported by renowned DJs in the electronic music scene.
