Marie Qrie

Marie Qrie is a contemporary multimedia artist known for her innovative fusions of science and visual art. Born in Kraków, Poland, she developed a deep curiosity for chemistry and experimentation during her childhood, a passion that now manifests in her studio practice. Working across photography, sculpture, and digital media, Qrie explores the unseen energy that connects people and nature, drawing inspiration from scientific processes, microscopic forms, and the cyclical patterns of the natural world.

Her works often feature luminous pigments, organic materials, and kinetic elements, inviting viewers to experience the wonder of transformation and the poetry in data. Since earning her MFA from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Qrie has exhibited widely across Europe and North America, with recent solo shows in Berlin, Paris, and Montreal. Engaged in public outreach and education, she leads workshops that encourage experimentation and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
