Red Axes

Red Axes is an Israeli electronic music duo formed by Dori Sadovnik and Niv Arzi. Originating from Tel Aviv, the pair have been creating innovative sounds since their early days as members of a post-punk band before transitioning to electronic music. Their diverse style blends elements of house, techno, new wave, and psychedelia, resulting in a distinctive and globally recognized sound.

Since forming Red Axes in 2010, they have released numerous EPs and albums on influential labels such as Permanent Vacation, Correspondant, I’m a Cliché, and their own Garzen Records. Their debut album, *Ballad of The Ice* (2014), garnered critical acclaim for its genre-blurring compositions and set the stage for their growing international presence. Subsequent releases further showcased their versatility, with tracks and remixes that incorporate Middle Eastern influences, live instruments, and a playful, experimental approach.

Red Axes regularly tour the world, performing at renowned clubs and festivals including Glastonbury, DGTL, and Dekmantel. Their energetic DJ sets and live shows are celebrated for their eclecticism and unpredictability, reflecting the duo’s passion for musical exploration.
