The legendary Metalheadz imprint lands in Dublin as Wigwam prepares to host a benchmark night for the city’s drum & bass faithful. Slither bring together a heavyweight lineup at the crossroads of legacy and innovation with Goldie, Ant TC1 and Ambit on Friday, 19 August, 2022. Since the mid-90s, Metalheadz founder Goldie has remained at the vanguard of UK electronic music, carving out a soundscape that’s as fierce as it is deep, intertwining breakbeats, futuristic atmospheres and uncompromising spirit.

He returns to Ireland for a rare set, promising an uncompromising journey through Metalheadz history and beyond. Joining is the label's cornerstone and seasoned selector Ant TC1, a figure whose curation and precision as a DJ and as Metalheadz head honcho have seen him shape countless legendary nights. His floor-focused selections are an education in tension and release, and his sets are a masterclass in bass-driven hypnosis.

Completing the bill is Dublin’s own Ambit, whose forward-thinking approach has established him as one of the city’s key transmitters of cutting edge drum & bass and immersive atmospherics. Collectively, they’ll bring Wigwam’s sound system to its limits for a night where raw energy meets refined craft.
