Radikal Guru

Radikal Guru, born Mateusz Miller in Poland, is a prominent producer and DJ known for his distinctive fusion of dubstep, reggae, and dub influences. Since emerging on the European electronic music scene in the late 2000s, he has garnered a global following through heavy basslines, hypnotic rhythms, and collaborations with vocalists such as Echo Ranks and Solo Banton. Growing up in northern Poland, Radikal Guru’s early immersion in reggae and dub, coupled with an appreciation for electronic experimentation, shaped his approach to music.

His debut album "The Rootstepa," released in 2011 on Moonshine Recordings, established him as a key figure bridging classic dub traditions with modern bass music. Subsequent releases, including "Subsense" (2013) and "Lost & Found" (2018), further showcased his ability to merge analog warmth with digital precision. Radikal Guru’s live performances, featuring exclusive dubplates and improvisational versatility, have taken him to festivals and club nights across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Beyond his solo output, he frequently collaborates with reggae vocalists and other producers, continually exploring the intersections between subgenres. With an ever-evolving sound, Radikal Guru remains at the forefront of contemporary dub and bass music, celebrated for both his studio productions and dynamic DJ sets.
