Shayanna Harris

Shayanna Harris is a visionary interdisciplinary artist whose work seamlessly weaves together vibrant color, layered textures, and explorations of Black identity, feminine power, and ancestral memory. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Harris draws on her upbringing and community activism to inform her practice, which spans painting, mixed media, and installation. After earning a BFA from the Tyler School of Art at Temple University, she has exhibited extensively throughout the East Coast, garnering recognition for her emotive storytelling and bold visual language.
